Information Reporting

The Intelligent Reporting Information System (IRIS) reports show MPG figures based on the data range required (weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.). The reports also highlight any deviations from the expected MPG for each vehicle. The IRIS Performance Reporting option on efuels allows up to date information viewing. The IRIS MPG report is delivered in an Excel spreadsheet for ease of manipulation.

The risk of fraudulent fuel drawing has become a major issue for many businesses. Using Keyfuels Smart cards can eliminate this risk. Our Smart cards allow you to set the maximum fill, number of transactions and time of fuel drawings thus dramatically restricting the opportunity for fraud. All Keyfuels cards are PIN protected and our system also allows you to monitor fuel stocks, stop cards and locate the nearest Keyfuels site via the Keyfuels online customer portal - efuels. All of this means that Keyfuels is the most secure fuel card available.

Efficiency

Databridge is a small in-cab unit that has the vehicle registration programmed into it and collects the current mileage from the odometer each time a fuelling takes place. This information is then automatically transferred to the card, removing driver input and giving accurate MPG figures.
