Keyfuels offices are normally open between the hours of 8:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. However Actionline is available to
registered users 24 hours a day on freephone 0800 195 0588.
Premier Business Park Queen Street, Walsall West Midlands WS2 9PB Service Team The Service Team is your Keyfuels support for all general enquiries. This includes aspects such as cards, reports, account queries and provides advice on the use of efuels on-line fuel account.
Diesel Desk The Diesel Desk coordinate diesel bunkering aspects of your Keyfuels account. They are responsible for managing deliveries of fuel and informing you when it's time to reorder.
Sales Your account manager and the sales support team will provide you with help and advice about the use of your account. While you may have contact with our Keyfuels staff, your account manager will always be able to offer you additional assistance.
IT Helpdesk The IT helpdesk at Keyfuels are your support for any technical enquiries.
