Site Locator is a convenient SMS text message service that allows you to search for Keyfuels sites close to where you are.
Why Should I Use It? - Convenience
Site Locator is a convenient SMS text message service that allows you to search for Keyfuels sites close to where you are.

By simply sending a text message, the service will recognise where you are currently located, anywhere in the UK, and then send a response within seconds detailing the site closest to you. The text message response will contain everything you need to know: site name, location, address, directions and opening times.
How Do I Use It?
Send the message 'Get All' to 83333. Site Locator will return a text containing details of the closest site to your location.

If you wish to find the next closest site, send a further text stating 'Get Next'. Site Locator will then text you the next closest site. You can do this as many times as is required.

You can also search for the nearest HGV or LCV compatible site or the nearest Smart enabled site. Simply send 'Get HGV' for the closest HGV site, 'Get LCV' for the closest LCV site or 'Get Smart' for the closest Smart enabled site.

If you know that you definitely need a HGV, LCV or Smart compatible site then you can text these directly to 84188, you do not need to request 'Get All' first.

Messages sent to Site Locator are not case sensitive , however it is important to include the space between 'Get' and 'All', 'HGV' etc.

How Long Will A Response Take?
Site Locator takes around 30 seconds to respond. However, it may occasionally take a little longer depending on the congestion of your mobile network.
How Does It Work?
Site Locator uses the nearest three mobile phone antennae to pinpoint your current location*. In order to provide the service, we are given this information by your mobile phone network provider on request. By using Site Locator, you are agreeing to your location being identified for the purposes of providing the service.

* We do not record or pass on your current location for any other purpose.
How Much Does It Cost?
The mobile phone user does incur a cost for this service. This will depend on your network provider's standard text message rate. A charge of 50p per response is made on top of your network's standard text message rate.
