Welcome to Efuels, the on-line fuel management service
for Keyfuels customers and Diesel Direct dealers. By using Efuels, you will
have access to all information relating to your fuel account, which puts you in
complete control.
What does Efuels
do?
By using Efuels you can:

deliveries.

times, directions and maps.
- Run on-line fuel transaction queries.
- Request copy reports to be sent via e-mail.
What Efuels

Information when and where you need it
Your Efuels account details can be accessed 365 days a year, from any
PC with internet access. All information about your fuel usage is then
accessible at a glance.
The latest information about fuel
usage
As an Efuels customer, you will have access to the same real-time
information held at Keyfuels and Diesel Direct head office. This provides you
with the most up-to-date information about your fuel account.
Less
paperwork
No more lengthy fuel reports to analyse. Simply use Efuels to
run a query by card or account, or request reprint fuel reports to be sent to
you by e-mail.
Greater card security
Ever had problems with
lost or stolen fuel cards? With Efuels, if one of your cards goes missing or is
stolen the card can be stopped on-line. This prevents the card being used at
any site on the network within 24 hours and reduces the impact of fuel related
crime.
Enhanced route planning
Many organisations now
provide drivers with detailed journey plans. Efuels can also ensure that
refuelling points are also covered, with a comprehensive site search facility,
which finds sites by nearest motorway/road, town, postal region, site name or
number.
An On-line Site Directory
Detailed information is
provided about every site on the network, such as site facilities HGV
accessibility and road directions. As this information is real-time, you can
also keep your drivers informed with the latest information about new and
closed sites.

Efuels helps you to be in
control of your fuel account, through comprehensive and up to date information
about deliveries, drawings, drivers and sites. This ensures that your fuel

How to open an Efuels account
If you are an existing
Keyfuels customer or Diesel Direct dealer and you would like to use Efuels,
simply fill out the New User Registration form, which is included on the Efuels
welcome page. You will then be given full access to Efuels, which is offered
free of charge to all customers and dealers.
