Change card level reissue details
All of the cards for the selected account that are due for reissue during the selected expiry month can have their details adjusted here.
Managing your reissue details using efuels allows you additional time to accurately complete your reissue details (effectively the last day of the month prior to reissue as opposed to 20th of the month). You also have the ability to confirm that your reissue details are completed early, which in some circumstances, allow us to physically manufacture and dispatch your cards quicker.
By default, all accounts and cards (except those on stop) will be reissued using their existing details so unless you have specific changes to make to individual cards, you can manage everything from here.
If individual cards are not to be reissued...
Remove the tick next to the card that is not to be reissued.
If individual cards details need to be changed...
Simply overtype the details in the registration, text and fleet # boxes ensuring that you select the appropriate emboss what value. For more complete reissue details changes, you can use the Change card reissue details function.
