Placing a card on stop will temporarily prevent fuel being drawn.
Stopping a card
To stop a card, you need to provide a reason for doing so.
Off-stopping a card
To off-stop an account, you do not need to provide a reason.
Please be aware that a stop request can take upto 24 hours to be applied to all of the sites across the Keyfuels network, with an off-stop request potentially taking upto 3 days in some circumstances.
