Request support
For all business related queries or assistance with efuels, registered efuels users now have the ability to place a support request directly with our Service Team.


The support request will automatically be added to our query and task handling system, where we can evaluate the query and can get back to you with a resolution. Recording requests for support in this manner also allows Keyfuels to monitor trends in request type to help us to proactively improve our services.

Requesting Support
The first step is to select the contact that this support request relates to. If the required contact is not in the list then you can use the create a new contact function. This contact will then be used as the primary point of contact for correspondance relating to the resolution of the request.

Next, you need to enter the details of the query you wish to raise. Please endeavour to provide us with as much information as possible as this will help us to investigate the query in advance. For example, if you were raising a transaction query then providing some or all of the following: card number, date, time, quantity and a reason why it is being queried; would be extremely helpful.

You you have the option of receiving an emailed copy of the details for your reference.

When you have finished, you will be given a confirmation message with a reference number for your request.
