Intelligent performance report breakdown
Each vehicle's performance figures is calculated using it's transactions details.
All Transactions
This is a list of all of the transactions made by the selected vehicle, during the selected date range. Each individual transaction will have it's own performance figure. All of these transactions are used to calculate the vehicle's total performance figure.
If either the registration or odometer reading for the transaction is incorrect then they can be modified using the change button next to the transaction in question. Changing these details can help to rectify the vehicle's performance figures during the selected date range.
Please note that following a change to a transaction's details, it is necessary to return to the intelligent report options page and reprint any reports containing the changed transaction with the "include changes" options selected, to recalculate the performance figure.
All DataBridge Transactions
This is a list of all of the transactions made by the selected vehicle, during the selected date range. Only transactions that were made between the first and last DataBridge transaction (a transaction made at a smart compatible site by a vehicle that has a DataBridge device fitted) will have an individual performance figure, all other transactions will have their performance figure "greyed out". Only the DataBridge transactions are used to calculate the vehicle's total DataBridge performance figure.
Please note that the registration and odometer reading for a DataBridge transaction is fixed and cannot be changed manually.
