Transaction enquiry wizard
If you are looking for a specific transaction or group of transactions made by an account or card then you can search for them here. You can find any type of transaction made at both network and own yard sites.
Step 1: Types, Locations, Results
There are 5 different types of transaction that can be included in the enquiry:
- All transactions - include all of the following types
- Drawings only - include all bunker fuel drawings
- Site sundries only - include products such as gas oil (red diesel), lubes etc.
- Sale sundries only - include miscellaneous products such as new cards, vehicle clearances etc.
- Deliveries only - include deliveries of fuel into the system
- Stock transfers only - include fuel transfers from one account to another
There are 2 different types of location that can be included in the enquiry:
- All site locations - include all of the following types
- Network sites only - include all transactions made at Keyfuels network sites
- Own yard sites only - include all transactions made at own yard sites
There are 2 ways that the results can be presented:
- Detailed - a breakdown of each individual transaction and it's associated information.
- Summary - a list of transactions grouped and totalled by transaction type.
Step 2: Search Criteria
You can enter either an account number or a card number as well as a from/to date range and then optionally a site number.
A typical search might be:
Account = 123456, From = 01012005, To = 31012005, Site = 000007.
A search using this criteria would display all of the transactions made by cards belonging to account 123456 that were made between 1st January 2005 and 31st January 2005 at Site number 7 (Keyfuels Head Office).
Finish: Results
All of the results matching the entered criteria will be displayed. If you elected to see the results in a detailed format, there will be an "Download Transaction" action on the right hand side.
If you enter an email address, select a format and then click send; it is now possible to receive a copy of your transaction enquiry results in Adobe® Acrobat® (PDF) and Microsoft® Excel® format free of charge.
Selecting the description of a transaction from the list will take you directly to the transaction details page.
