and own yard fuel transactions from a single source, for all of our customers.

Availability & Access
As well as providing information to customers, IRIS is accessible via EDI, e-mailed reports or through the SWP web
interface, which enables online access to and manipulation of the data directly by customers (if required).
Convenience
Online manipulation can be particularly useful, for example, where data is received from non-Smart sources. For example,
in these circumstances it is common for mileage information to be invalid. If an alternative data source is available
(e.g. a driver's log sheet) then a corrected figure can be entered onto IRIS, and revised reports can then be recreated.
Information Reporting
All reports can be presented in a variety of ways, typical formats are Excel spreadsheets, PDF reports or as CSV data
(via EDI). Customers can use this information to optimise their fuel spend by benchmarking vehicle performance. These
benchmarks can be used to target areas for improvement and then make informed decisions about future capital purchases.
Efficiency
For your customer the use of interactive reporting enables automation of data collation, validation and analysis for all
fuel drawings. This reporting helps managers to control costs and reduce resources.
