Change account level reissue details
All of your accounts that have cards due for reissue soon can have their reissue details adjusted here.
Managing your reissue details using efuels allows you additional time to accurately complete your reissue details (effectively the last day of the month prior to reissue as opposed to 20th of the month). You also have the ability to confirm that your reissue details are completed early, which in some circumstances, allow us to physically manufacture and dispatch your cards quicker.
By default, all accounts and cards (except those on stop) will be reissued using their existing details so unless you have specific changes to make to individual cards, you can manage everything from here.
Select the expiry month that you would like to work with from the drop down list (there may only be a single month, in which case it will already be highlighted). All of the accounts that have cards to be reissued during the selected month will then be displayed.
If none of the cards for an account are to be reissued...
Remove the tick next to the account whose cards are not to be reissued. When you confirm your changes, all of the cards on the account will be set to not be reissued.
If individual cards for an account are not to be reissued...
To the right of each account is a button labelled "Cards", clicking this button will take you to the change card level reissue details page.
Send Notification
When you are happy that all of your reissue details are correct for the selected expiry month, click the Send Notification button to notify Keyfuels that your reissue details are complete and ready for manufacture.
