Account details

Account details are grouped into six different categories.


Main Account Details
Address, telephone, controlling account etc.

Additional Account Details
Account short name, own reference (if relevant) and a card status summary.

Card Defaults
The company name (that is to be embossed on the first line of your cards), default card design (what appears in the background of your cards), default card grade (what products can be obtained using the card) and the ISO number (typically 707821, although this may be different).

Managed Warning & Stop Levels
If the account is managed by Keyfuels' Credit Manager service, then you will be given a summary of the warning & stop levels that have been assigned to this account.

Stock Summary
A summary of all of the drawings, deliveries, and stock transfers that this account has made in the current Keyfuels periodic week (Tuesday to Monday), in the current month and in the financial year to date.
  • Average drawings is the weekly average of the fuel drawn on this account and it's sub-accounts.
  • Fuel on order is the total of fuel currently ordered that has not yet been delivered. It is important to note that the sum of all planned deliveries may not equal the total fuel on order, this is because planned deliveries are the portions of your total fuel on order that has been arranged for delivery into the Keyfuels network
  • Opening balance is the balance of the account's fuel stock as at the start of business on Tuesday morning
  • Current balance is calculated based on the account's opening balance, plus any deliveries (since the opening balance), minus any drawings made (since the opening balance)
  • Projected balance is an estimate of how much fuel we think the account will have by the end the day, based on your average drawings and planned deliveries
Planned Deliveries
Any physical deliveries of fuel into the Keyfuels network for this account for which we have not yet received a delivery confirmation note. There is the potential that planned deliveries may show a date prior to today, this does not necessarily mean it is overdue but most likely that it has been delivered and we are awaiting confirmation.
